2. Go on an Art Gallery Tour.
First Thursday in downtown Pacific Grove. Or Friday evenings in Carmel.
3. Take the 17 Mile Dr. Tour thru Pebble Beach. Considering the incredible scenery, $6.75 is cheap. Hey us locals still go, we just manage not to pay the toll  
4. Drive to the graveyard at the end of Lighthouse in Pacific Grove at dusk and watch the deer.
No, we are not ghoulish.

5. Stroll thru the world class flower gardens at the "Barnyard", in Carmel.

Stroll down Alvarado St., in Monterey at night.

It's well lit and there are lots of people. Stop for coffee or juice along the way.

Grab a copy of the Coast Weekly, or the "Go" in Thursday's Herald and go to an event.

Special events are held almost every weekend. Most are free.

Watch the Sea Lions at the end of the Coast Guard Pier at Breakwater Cove.
